Additional entry NI CyberBase Programme 2021 - Registration and baseline survey

Closed 15 Feb 2021

Opened 10 Feb 2021

Overview

The Programme

The NI Cyber Security Centre (NICSC) exists to improve Northern Ireland’s ability to defend itself from the increasing number of cyber-attacks we see on a daily basis. We have developed this programme to help you improve your organisation’s resilience to this malicious cyber activity.

This free programme, commissioned by the NICSC, in conjunction with Local Government Civil Contingencies, is an opportunity for your organisation to gain access to professionals in cyber response, to assess your organisation’s level of preparedness and support to help you further
develop your cyber response capability.

The programme will be delivered by Business Consultancy Services and has been developed with the support and cyber security expertise from NICSC, Local Government Civil Contingencies Group and National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC).

The Opportunity

It is an opportunity for your organisation to be involved with us in a short programme that will give you access to professionals in cyber response, to assess the level of preparedness for your organisation and to receive support to help develop your level of cyber preparedness further. Participants will gain access to:

  • Baseline assessment for NI;
  • Education events;
  • Exercise events; and
  • Networking opportunities.

There will be a limited number of places, so we would recommend early registration.

How to register

The first stage is to register and complete a short baseline survey and nominate the key contact person from your organisation for the NI CyberBase Programme. Completion of the short survey will register your application to the Programme.

A new link will be issued for further communications - This link is only open for two days to facilitate registration.

The original registration event has been closed, but this is an additional link for your sole use to enable registration.

Responses will be evaluated by the project team with further communications issued in January. Education and exercise events will be scheduled over a 6 month period from February 2021.

All information will be treated in the strictest confidence and only be available to NICSC and BCS as part of this programme. Reporting on this exercise will follow ICO recommendations on anonymising data.

Thank you very much for your interest -  If you would like to speak with someone about the programme please send us an e-mail to NICyberbase@finance-ni.gov.uk and we will be happy to help
