Energy Group Staff Away Day Evaluation

Overview

The purpose of this evaluation is to gain views from across Energy Group on the recent away day, not only from staff who attended but also staff who were unable to attend on the day so we would really encourage you to have your say.

We need to understand the barriers preventing staff from attending such an important event and address these barriers for future events. I would ask that you all give open and honest answers to all questions, your individual responses will not be shared. The Senior team will have access to the statistics and a summary of responses to enable them to collectively address your feedback .

We will also provide an overall summary to all staff in Energy Group of the findings, no personal information will be shared.
