About this survey
We wish to baseline the current level of knowledge, skills and expertise in project* and programme* delivery in DfE. This short survey will inform how we can best support teams and individuals and ultimately increase the Department’s capability.
It should take less than 5 minutes to complete so if you currently work and/or have previously worked in project/programme management, please complete it for us.

*A project is defined as a temporary organisation that is created for the purpose of delivering one or more business products according to an agreed business case. The main characteristics of a project are that it introduces change; it is temporary; it is cross functional; and it is unique.
*A programme is defined as a temporary, flexible organisation structure created to coordinate, direct and oversee the implementation of a set of related projects and activities in order to deliver outcomes and benefits related to the organisation’s strategic objectives. A programme is likely to have a life that spans several years.
