Overview

The purpose of this survey is to gain our customer’s insight into the usage of our online portal, My Child Maintenance Case. Your participation in this insight will help us shape and improve on the service we deliver to you via My Child Maintenance Case. The Northern Ireland Child Maintenance Service will not require any personal or identifiable information for the purpose of this survey.

What happens next

Once the surveys are completed, the data will be collected from all participants and will be collated for data analysis. Child Maintanence Service will use the data to find what is and is not working on the online service: My Child's Maintanence Case. Child Maintanence Service will implement improvements and changes based off the survey results. The data will not be externally published.
