Welcome to the Income Support and Jobseeker’s Allowance Query Referral service.  This facility is for the use of the Advice Sector, Public Representatives, Housing Associations and Voluntary Groups acting on behalf of Income Support and Jobseeker’s Allowance customers in Northern Ireland only.

Please use the referral form to tell us about the nature of the enquiry, the customer it refers to and contact details for yourself, in order for us to gather the information required and reply in a timely manner.

This query referral can be used for the following provisions:

• Income Support
• Jobseeker’s Allowance

Once your submission has been received by the relevant Benefit Processing Centre staff will endeavour to have a response to you within 10 working days.
