Please use the referral if you have a query about a claimant who has contacted Warm Well Connected.This query referral can be used to establish the following:

• If a claimant has received an award from Discretionary Support for fuel in the last 3 months
• If a claimant has received and award for a white good item/s in the last 12 months.
