Overview

We have been asked to carry out a survey to find out about people’s experiences of having a telephone assessment as part of your Work Capability Assessment claim.

The survey will ask about your views of having a telephone assessment and any suggestions for improvement.

Why we are consulting

The survey is designed to find out what you think about the service and support you’ve received in your recent experience claiming WCA. Your responses will help DfC improve future services offered to people claiming benefits.

What happens next

Although the DfC have asked us to carry out this research, I am working for a research organisation that is completely impartial and separate from the Government.

Just to be clear, nothing that we ask you about will affect your benefits or the support you receive from DfC in any way, now or in the future. You will not be identified in any research findings. Your answers will be treated in strict confidence by the evaluation team, unless you tell us that you or someone else is at risk.

 

Participation is completely voluntary, you can stop the interview at any time or choose to skip questions you do not feel comfortable answering.
