Overview

This is a survey to gather your feedback on making outcome decisions based on the recently introduced PIP telephone based assessments. The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete.

DfC researchers in the Strategic Policy and Professional Services Division are looking for feedback on the experiences of DfC staff involved in making outcome decisions for PIP based on the telephone-based assessments introduced during Covid-19 easements.
