Pre-School Education - Review of the Statutory Criteria for Pre-School Education Admissions and Pre-School Session Times

This consultation invites views on the current legislative requirement that all pre-school education settings must prioritise children from "socially disadvantaged circumstances" in their admission criteria.  It also invites views on the implications of standardising pre-school education session times to help inform policy development and a substantive consultation on this issue in due course.
