Overview

Thank you for your interest in the Independent Review of Education.

We have been appointed to review most aspects of education in Northern Ireland.  This work was identified as a key priority within the New Decade, New Approach agreement.

Our review is considering a wide range of issues.  We are interested to hear the views of everyone with an interest in education, including the experiences of young people from their early years through until they leave formal education.

We want to start by listening to your viewsThese will help us to identify the priorities for our work.

This survey is intended to capture all aspects of education including early years, schools, youth and further education.  References to schools and education settings relate to those under the responsibility of the Department of Education i.e. pre-school, primary, post-primary and the youth service and the Department for the Economy, i.e. further education and higher education.

It is likely that we shall invite your views again as our work progresses.

Thank you for your help. We look forward to hearing from you.
