This offer can be accepted by completing and submitting this form by 5pm Monday 25th February 2019

Terms and Conditions

• Please provide the documentation requested and complete any additional questions to help us validate your application and finalise your travel arrangements.

Documentation Requred:

• Passport ID page
• Benchmarking provider document-Dairy Cows (Not required if benchmarking with CAFRE)
• Benchmarking provider document-Replacement Heifer Rearing (Not required if benchmarking with CAFRE)
• Milk Recording provider document
• Qualification certificate or letter

What happens next

If you are accepting this offer you will be expected to participate in the pre-visit training events delivered by CAFRE staff.  

You will be asked to formally sign a declaration of acceptance at the pre-visit training event.                              

The pre-visit training for this event will take place on Monday 25th February 2019 at 12:00 in CAFRE - Greenmount Campus (Walled Garden Studio), 45 Tirgracey Road Antrim BT41 4PS

Please bring the following documents

1. Photographic ID to match your name in the flight booking e.g. Passport, Driving License, National Identity Card.
2. Confirmation of your qualification as recorded on your Application Form e.g. certificate.   
3. Travel Insurance policy – if held.
